  • All BCSD faculty and staff are eligible to apply for a Foundation grant. Before submitting an application, confirm with your building principal or other district administrator if there is funding available in the current district budget, or if Arts in Education Co-Ser funding could be applied to the project.

  • Applications must include an itemized project budget with researched costs. Once awarded, budget modifications must be approved by the Foundation.

    3. Enhances the learning experience

  • Yes! All BCSD faculty and staff are encouraged to apply for FBS grants regardless of whether they have received one from us in the past or not.

    1. If your proposal is fully or partially funded, you will receive a grant award packet by email and you will be assigned a grant number to track grant funds spent.

    2. The award packet will provide the timeline for grant funds to be expended and the procurement procedure to access grant funds via the district business office.

    3. You will be given a date for your project evaluation report.

    4. A member of the Foundation will check in periodically to see if you have any news, updates, or photos from your project that you are ready to share with the Beacon community!

  • If you would like to speak with a Foundation team member before making an application, please contact us: info@forbeaconschools.org
